We have moved one step closer to our goal of playing in December. The victory on Friday night against Northwest was not exactly as we had planned, but a Win is still a Win and we are pleased and ready to move forward. Several weeks ago I mentioned to our team and to the coaches that we are basically the only team to really challenge Trinity. We play them very well. I sometimes feel that everyone else feels that same way toward us. Everyone seems to play better against us then they did the previous weeks, and that is something that we accept. Our promise is that we will work harder this week than we did last week and that we will give your sons every opportunity to be successful on the football field, and in life.
This coming week is a short one for our players, coaches and fans. We play L.D. Bell on Thursday night at our stadium and the kick off will take place at 7 p.m. This is a significant game for us and we will be working hard in this short week to be mentally ready for the game. We benefit from the wonderful encouragement of our fans, the great spirit of the Cheerleaders,
Indianettes and Spirit Crew, and the
Keller High Band creates a special atmosphere for all of use to benefit from. We will need all Indian supporters there for this weeks game. It will be a great on.
